Please have a look at the map indicating the exact positioning of both pubs. As you can see both pubs are extremely central and within easy walking distance of both the Colosseum and the Main Railway Station Termini... The church of Santa Maria Maggiore is also a good landmark as it is approximately halfway between both pubs...

Watch out you don't miss the Entrance to the Druid's Den as it is quite small...

Getting to the Druids Den...if you are coming by Public Transport we suggest the Metro stop "Cavour" if you are on Line B i.e. the blue line. Alternatively get off at the Metro stop "Vittorio" if you are on Line A or the red line. The Druid's Den is exactly half way between both Metro stops so it doesn't really matter which line you take. The pub itself is located 5 minutes walk from the Metro.

Parking is very difficult outside the Druid's Den as it is located in a side street - we suggest you leave the Car at home/hotel and instead have a few pints!

If you are arriving straight from the Railway Station then make sure you take the exit "Via Giolitti" when leaving Termini Railway station otherwise you'll end up on completely the wrong side of the station! Follow Via Giolitti up to a big church called Santa Maria Maggiore and then turn left down Via Merulana... Follow Via Merulana and take the second on the right - that's San Martino ai Monti - the Druid's Den is on the right! Be careful you don't walk right past it as the entrance is quite small...

The Druid's Rock is located only a 5 minute walk from Termini Railway Station making it an ideal venue to have your first or last pint of your journey... There is seating outside and the pub is well illuminated making it easy to find. The Druid's Rock always has a cosmopolitan atmosphere due to the presence of so many different nationalities... the reason for this diverse variety of clientele is that so many of Rome's hotels are located in this quarter making it an ideal venue for travellers to swap tales and relax after or before some sightseeing!
